Our Mission



Throughout the world, Operation Smile volunteers repair childhood facial deformities while building public and private partnerships that advocate for sustainable healthcare systems for children and families. Together, we create smiles, change lives, heal humanity.

About Us



Through local missions conducted throughout the country, Operation Smile Ecuador treated more than 550 children in 2006. The Foundation’s cleft lip and cleft palate clinic provides its patients with surgical and dental consultations. In November, Operation Smile Ecuador held its third bi-annual art auction, “Arte a Dos Manos” or “Art of Two Hands.” Artists worked side-by-side with Operation Smile Ecuador volunteers and donors to create more than 50 paintings, sculptures, and other works of art that were auctioned off, raising more than $60,000 for the Foundation.
